Through discovery individuals can mobilize a whole system inquiry into the positive change core; in dream individuals create a clear results-oriented vision in relation to discovered potential and to questions of higher purpose. Through design there is opportunity to create and offer thoughts of the ideal organization. Destiny leads to strengthening the positive capability of the whole system, giving way to hope and creating processes for learning, adjustment, and improvisation.
